Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant operates E Co., Ltd., a corporation operating scrap metal, non-Iron wholesale and retail business, etc. from D on June 1, 201, and ① around 100,000 won of the above 15 items of non-use equipment at G Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which were located in G Co., Ltd., Ltd., for sale of the above facilities for KRW 10,00,000 to the victim H, who was awarded a successful bid for KRW 10,00,000, and the Defendant’s purchase of the above facilities for KRW 30,000,00 from the victim’s 10,000,000,000 won and KRW 10,000,000,000,000 from the victim’s 20,000,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won.
