1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 51,809,179 and KRW 9,863,860 among them from July 25, 2006 to November 7, 2016.
Reasons
1. A claim for the extension of extinctive prescription of a claim based on a final and conclusive judgment in the case of acquisition money which is known as Incheon District Court Branch Office 2006da38637; and
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
