A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, Defendant B imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

(b).

The Defendants of "2018 Highest 721" are not responsible for narcotics, and shall not receive, administer, or possess the Metepha (the clopon; hereinafter referred to as "popon") which is a local mental medicine.

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On March 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided B with approximately 0.05g of philophones for free at the guest room in the “H hotel” room located in G at Heunging City, G.

(2) On March 5, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:00, delivered C approximately 0.05g of a philopon for free at the heading room of H H hotel 301, the Defendant provided C with approximately 0.05g of a philopon.

(3) On March 6, 2018, the Defendant issued approximately 3.22 g of phiphonephones contained in the plastic box to B at the above H hotel 601 room on March 6, 2018.

B. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone in around 23:00, at the above H hotel 301 room, the Defendant administered a philophone with a method of turning about approximately 0.05 g of a philophone to a gambling place on a philophone and raising a smoke caused by heating the philophone into a philoter (i.e., a one-time postmoper).

(c)

On March 6, 2018, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.16g of philopon in the Australian machine in around H H hotel 301 on March 6, 2018.

2. Defendant B

A. (1) On March 5, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 0.05g of phiphones for free from A at the guest room in the above H H hotel room at around 23:00.

(2) On March 6, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant received approximately 3.22 g of phiphonephones contained in plastics from A from around H hotel 601.

B. Around 23:00 on March 5, 2018, the Defendant administered a phiphone with a method of throwing off approximately 0.05g of a philophone, which is 0.05g of a philopon, from the guest room in the front room of the H H hotel, to a philopon, and then turning the philopon into a philopter (a one-person postmoper).

(2) On March 6, 2018, the Defendant 22:31 at the above H hotel hotel 601 room, and 0.05g g, one-time ponon-phones received from A, which are 0.05g.
