The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is the spouse of G, and the Defendant, on October 17, 201, MesazH apartment 610 dong 6131, 610, and 6131, sent to I and a single sexual intercourse.
2. The crime of adultery which constitutes the facts charged in the market is an offense subject to victim's complaint which can be discussed only when the spouse files a complaint.
Since the complainant revoked the complaint against the defendant after filing the prosecution of this case, the prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
