A. (1) The Plaintiff was employed and worked as a doctor at the smuggling-Namnam Hospital and the Yong-Namnam Hospital operated by the Defendant corporation from December 13, 2004 to August 31, 2014.

(2) The Defendant did not pay 84,871,470 won in total to the Plaintiff.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 84,871,470 won and damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from September 1, 2014 to September 14, 2014, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
