A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months, with prison labor for 2 or 4 crimes listed in the judgment of the defendant, and by imprisonment with prison labor for 1 or 3 months.
Punishment of the crime
On April 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. by Seoul Western District Court for a short-term of ten months on April 15, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 15, 2015. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Kim Young Juvenile Prison.
1. The Defendant worked as an employee from November 2016 to March 2017, 2017, from E in Incheon operated by the victim C.
On April 22, 2017, around 22:22:28, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected entrance by using the key at the entrance storage place; and (b) intruded into the said department with 11 copy of KRW 10,000,000, which is the victim’s possession in the office; and (c) stolen it.
