1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 1, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription based on the protocol of claim for loans, Seoul Eastern District Court 2006Gahap11744, which was set forth in the protocol of claim.
