However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 6, 2019, at around 11:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim by both hand, on the ground that the victim D(59) was waiting for the Defendant who was faced with the disturbance as a matter of restaurant reservation, on the street in front of the cafeteria, “C” restaurant, and on the ground that the victim D(59) was waiting for the Defendant who was faced with the disturbance as a matter of restaurant reservation.”

2. On May 6, 2019, at around 12:15, the Defendant was arrested by a police officer who was dispatched after receiving 112 reports on the assault case as stipulated in paragraph (1) and was transferred to the police box of Ulleung-gun, Ulleung-gun, Ulleung-gun 4-dong, Ulleung-gun, and Ulleung Police Station.

At around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant was drinking at one time the chest of F on the ground that the police officer of the Gyeongbuk Police Agency, who supported his duties, prevented the Defendant from smoking, and prevented the Defendant from leaving the said police box.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes by police officers.
