A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 11341 square meters of C forest in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun. The Defendants share 660 square meters of D miscellaneous land adjacent to the said land and 366.45 square meters of 1/2 shares of each of the storage and manager of reinforced concrete structure on the ground.

나. 피고들 소유 위 건물 중 처마 부분은 원고 소유 위 토지 중 별지도면 표시 ㅎ¹, ㄷ² ㄴ², ㄱ², ㅎ¹의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 (라)부분 10㎡를 침범하고 있다.

2. The Defendants have the duty to remove the said part of the building and deliver the pertinent land to the Plaintiff.

3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
