2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On October 7, 2013, the Plaintiff filed an application for refugee status with the Defendant on November 4, 2013, 2013, prior to the expiration of the period of stay ( November 6, 2013), when entering and staying in the Republic of Pakistan for a short-term visit (C-3) sojourn on October 7, 2013.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion in Pakistan causes brusism to the suslimians of Muslim by extreme suslimism.

The plaintiff was born actively at the parasististian home in the Pakistanan area, and the father of the plaintiff was the head of the church, the remaining couple of the plaintiff is in charge of sound in the church, and the plaintiff's wife is actively engaged in activities within the church.
