1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 160,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from August 2, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'.
2. A judgment without a pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants are only served with the original copy of the original payment order and only raised an objection, and the Defendant did not submit a written reply stating the specific grounds for objection to the recommendation of the court’s amendment, and thus, it shall be decided without pleading).
