1. As to KRW 9,619,910 and KRW 9,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall have 5% per annum from February 6, 2015 to September 2, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective Oct. 1, 2015); and the part of the claim for delay damages under Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Regulation, which exceeds the annual 15% after October 1, 2015, is dismissed.
However, in applying Article 98 and the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in whole.
