Reasons

1. Although the plaintiff is not the child of the defendant, the plaintiff is currently registered as the child of the defendant in the current family relation certificate, and the plaintiff filed an application case against the defendant for confirmation of the existence of the parent-child relationship with the family court in 23 years A. 117, and the above court rendered a judgment on August 23, 201, stating that "the plaintiff and the defendant confirm that there is no parental relation between the plaintiff and the defendant," and thus the judgment of execution of the above judgment is sought.
