Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter trucks.
On February 5, 2016, at around 20:40, the Defendant, at around 20:40, proceeded along the three-lanes between the 335-gil, along the direction of the mountain of the Seoul and the outer circular Highway, at a point of 84.39 km from the normal intersection to the mountain.
At this point, there is a lot of vehicle traffic volume, and E-Wz's car driven by E-Wz has changed from four lanes to three lanes, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by properly examining the traffic situation before and after the driving of the vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive the penter and the front penter part as part of the Defendant's penter's penter's right loaded on the penter's penter's penter's penter's penter.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, destroyed the said car to be in excess of KRW 5,338,795, such as pentum plate, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the C Poter truck on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1.
