1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 176,00,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 from May 27, 2016.
In full view of each of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 5 above, the facts constituting the grounds for the attached application can be acknowledged. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff KRW 176,00,000 and KRW 20,000,000 among them from May 27, 2016, KRW 50,000 from June 3, 2016, KRW 50,000 from June 24, 2016, KRW 30,000 from June 8, 2016, KRW 26,00,000 from July 8, 2016 to May 20, 2019, KRW 5% interest rate from July 15, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint set forth in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
