On May 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bnuvia car on May 12, 2016, and proceeded with the white-ro crossing in Gwangju Nam-gu, Gwangju, to the south-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, at the lower level, in violation of the signal apparatus indicating the suspension signal while driving the Bnuvia car at the lower level of Gwangju.
