A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
1,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud in this court, and completed the execution of punishment on November 16, 2014.
1. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 0.7g 50,000 grams from a person whose name cannot be known through “C”, which is a smartphone-making display method; and (b) received a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.7g grams from a person who is unable to identify the name through “C”; and (c) set up KRW 50,000,000,000 in the value of the philophones under the direction of the e-park toilet stop box located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; and (d) received it by a person whose name is not known, using approximately 0.7g gramphones which are concealed in the door-to-date.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.
2. On October 5, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.03 grams in the house located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and G located in G located in 304, into a single-use injection machine, melted in water, and melted them free of charge to G.
Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.
3. 4. At around 14:00 to 15:00 on May 8, 2016, the Defendant, within a white YFnaa car, parked in front of the J located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, YFnaarophone 0.05g of philopon in the one-time injection machine to I.
Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.
