Punishment of the crime
1. 도로 교통법위반( 무면허 운전) 피고인은 2018. 2. 20. 01:50 경 안양시 만안구 안 양로 329번 길에 있는 ‘ 용두동 쭈꾸미 철판 집’ 앞 도로에서부터 같은 구 C에 있는 ‘D’ 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 3km 구간에서 자동차 운전면허가 취소된 상태로 E 뉴 그랜저 승용차를 운전하였다.
2. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties: (a) on the instant car driven by the Defendant on the road in front of the “D” located in the Mannyang-gu, Manyang-gu, Mayang-si; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant was demanded to stop from the police officer G, patrolmen, and slope I belonging to the F District of the Police Station F District in Ansan-gu; (c) on the other hand, the Defendant escaped; and (d) on the other hand, the Defendant was demanded from the police officers blocking the Defendant’s escape to leave the driver’s seat, but attempted to flee.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on traffic control.
3. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by drinking while driving the said vehicle on the front road of “D” located in Ansan-gu C at Ansan-gu, Annyang-gu, Annyang-gu, Police Station F District G with a view to drinking alcohol, and driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol by drinking it, such as drinking alcohol on the front road of “D” at Ansan-gu, Annyang-do, Police Station F District G with a view to drinking alcohol and drinking it on the said vehicle.
There is a reasonable reason to determine a person, so it was demanded to respond to the measurement of drinking by inserting three times in a so-called drinking measuring instrument three times between about 15 minutes.
