However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, from October 2016 to July 2018, 2018, practically operated “C” in the name of the Defendant’s mother, who was the Defendant’s mother. From September 2018 to April 2019, the Defendant was working as the branch of “(State)F” in the Sinju-si E. From May 2019, the Defendant was working as “H” in the Sinju-si E.

1. Relevant records, etc. in the I name;

A. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered “I”; (b) “I”; and (c) “I” in the column for consent to the “application for change of K Terminal/USIM using a photophone PC for business use in the name of “C” in order to open a mobile phone (J) in the above “C”; and (d) signed “I” on the applicant’s name.

As a result, the Defendant forged an application for change of K Terminal/USM, which is a prior recording in the name of I on rights, obligations, or certification of facts, for the purpose of interfering with administrative affairs.

B. The Defendant exercised events, such as the date, time, place, etc. described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and the written prior records, such as Paragraph (a) of Article 1, were sent through the Internet as if they were duly formed to a staff member in the name-free telecommunications company who knew of such fact.

2. Relevant documentation, etc.;

A. On April 19, 2018, the Defendant, such as a prior recording, voluntarily stated “L” in the consent column of “K Terminal/USIM change application” and signed “L” on the applicant’s name by means of the table PC for business use in order to open an Aphone X mobile phone (M) in the above “C” name.

Accordingly, the Defendant’s application for change of K Terminal/USIM, which is a prior recording in the name of L related to rights, obligations, or certification of facts, is forged for the purpose of handling administrative affairs, etc., and ten prior records are recorded more than 10 times, as shown in attached Table 1.
