On August 6, 2018, when it is impossible to know in China, the employee in the name of the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy calls from the victim F in a place with no knowledge of China on August 6, 2018, and calls from the victim F to take money for the repayment of the loan from the victim, and the victim does not have any intent or ability to lend the loan to the victim, even though he/she does not have any intention or ability to lend the part of the existing loan, he/she receives a transfer of KRW 6 million from the victim to the H bank account in the name of G, and the defendant is connected to the H bank account in the above G in the name of H bank in the name of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J.
