1. Around 02:30 on December 21, 2013, the Defendant got rape from the “E” club located in Busan Western-gu, Busan, with the victim F (n, 28 years of age) via the victim F (n, i.e., the 28 years of age) and 03:30, and went back to the Hemoel located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, with the 606 p.m. at around 04:0.

Around December 21, 2013, the head of the complaint filed a false statement that “F, a defendant, had sexual intercourse with the complainant at the Hemoel 606 room located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City on December 21, 2013, reported on December 21, 2013 that he/she was sexual assault by using a mobile phone, and on the same day, stated that he/she was sexual assaulted by the complainant at the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo Police Station located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City on the same day, and thus punished the complainant because he/she was sexual assaulted by the complainant.”
However, the fact was that the defendant was off of the F's lower, and the F was not the F's body, and the defendant was pushed the defendant. However, the F did not make a false report because the F did not resist the F's face several times by hand and was raped by sexual intercourse with F on one occasion.
Nevertheless, on February 10, 2014, the defendant submitted the above complaint to a public official who is not aware of his name at the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office which was located in the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office.
