1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A loan of 200 million won (interest rate of 5% per annum, maturity of 5%, December 31, 2006) on October 19, 2005 and a statutory delay loss after April 23, 2016 (the day immediately after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint).
