The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below is just in maintaining the court of first instance that acquitted Defendant A on the ground that there was no proof of the crime against each of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the facts charged against Defendant A, each of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the facts charged in the instant case, and each of the facts charged against Defendant B, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the law of logic and experience

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
