When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. On February 15, 2015, at around 22:42, the Defendant: (a) received a report on the fact that “any woman is under influence of alcohol” from the victim F (V, age 46) of the police officer belonging to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station E-gu Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after having received a report on the fact that “I will sit on the ground floor” in front of the D gas station office located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and was able to take her home from the victim F (V, age 46) of the police officer belonging to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station E-gu, and the victim, who is the owner of the said gas station, and the residents of the G, who are the owner of the said gas station, were able to take her home, thereby insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim.

2. At the above time, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim F, who was under the influence of alcohol in front of the office room of the victim G (the age of 44), did so without any reason, and did so to the police officer F, who was trying to return home to the Defendant, and without permission of the victim, went into the above station office without permission of the victim, and entered the above station office of the victim and made a written statement at the above station of the victim at the above station of the victim, and prevented the victim from entering the above station of about 10 minutes by avoiding disturbance and entering the vehicle of the above station of the victim, thereby obstructing the victim’s business by force.

F. We interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers with regard to the transfer of flagrant offenders by assaulting, such as how much widths have known to the police station, shacking the shoulder of F by hand, shacking the right shoulder by hand, cutting the right shoulder into the hand floor.
