The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in finding the facts charged in this case not guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the concept of "advertisement" under Article 13 (1) 1 of the Food Sanitation Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
