Punishment of the crime
No one shall distribute printed matters indicating the names of candidates or persons who intend to become candidates, except for those prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, in order to have an influence on the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day (from December 6, 2013 to June 4, 2014, in the case of local elections implemented on June 4, 2014), and shall not post advertisements showing the names and photographs of candidates or persons who intend to become candidates, except for those prescribed by the Public Official Election Act to have an influence on the election for the aforementioned period, and may not conduct an election campaign in a manner other than that prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, prior to the election period, prior to the election period.
1. 2. On the 14th day of the same month from 07:00 to 07:10, the Defendant used subway 4 lines from 750 to 750 of the Sinpo Military War prisoners of military war as “Dparty Military Port Preliminary Candidate C” in front of the entrance, 5th day of the Sinpo Military War, 70cm in width and 60cm in length, and towards many unspecified people who want to use subway.
As a result, the defendant up to 180 days before the election day to the election day and up to 10 days at the same time posts advertisements which are not in accordance with the Public Official Election Act.
