Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the court below convicted all workers employed after March 8, 2012 among the facts charged in the instant case of violation of the Labor Standards Act is justifiable, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of presumption of innocence or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
