1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on August 18, 2010, leased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 400,000,000. However, the Plaintiff delayed to pay the rent from December 18, 2013. Accordingly, on August 11, 2014, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant that he would terminate the lease contract on the said real estate, the right to claim restitution of unjust enrichment, such as the right to claim restitution, overdue rent, etc. (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
