1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 113,540,00 and its KRW 44,00,00 among them, the Defendant shall be annually from May 15, 1996 to September 18, 1996.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff”, “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant”, and the damages for delay shall be partially reduced.
