1. Basic facts
A. A. Around March 1998, the Defendant-affiliated C University (al. 18, 2012 changed to D University) was appointed as a full-time lecturer, and was promoted as an associate professor on October 1, 2001, and was promoted as an associate professor on October 1, 2006.
Since then, the plaintiff applied for the examination of the promotion of professors on July 20, 2012 to pass the examination of the promotion of professors on September 1, 2012, but did not pass the examination of the promotion of professors. Since July 2013, the plaintiff was reappointed as an associate professor and is currently serving as an associate professor until now.
B. On December 8, 2005, the Plaintiff joined the Faculty Council comprised of 50 professors affiliated with C University.
