1. The defendant, among the buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list, shall be classified into Annex 2 drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1.

Reasons

1. As the owner of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list, the Plaintiff seeking to pay the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent of KRW 300,000 per month calculated from March 23, 2018 to the completion date of the delivery, calculated by the proportion of KRW 183 square meters in the ship portion, which is 183 square meters connected in sequence each point of Annex 2 drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6, 1 among the above buildings.
