On February 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a eF rocketing car from the front of the apartment to the bottom of the wing-dong in the Gu-U.S. Sim-si, on the 2km section from the front of the apartment to the underside of the wing-dong in the Gu-U.S. Sim-si, without the driver’s license.

Summary of Evidence

1. Report on the circumstances of driving without a license;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;

1. Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act regarding the crime of this case, and Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 153 of the Road Traffic Act regarding the selective sentencing of imprisonment, and the defendant re-contribute the crime of this case.

However, the defendant has already committed the crime of non-licenseless driving of this case without reflectivity despite the fact that he had been subject to seven criminal punishment including imprisonment twice for the same crime.

In the above circumstances, the punishment shall be determined as per Disposition by comprehensively taking into account all the conditions of sentencing, including the defendant's age, sex, family relationship, and circumstances after the crime.
