1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff asserts that he supplied goods equivalent to KRW 29,63,700 to the defendant and sought the payment of the price for the goods against the defendant, so it is not sufficient to acknowledge the fact that the plaintiff supplied goods equivalent to KRW 29,63,700 to the defendant on the basis of each of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including the evidence attached with a serial number). There is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Rather, according to each of the above evidence, the Plaintiff appears to have supplied C Co., Ltd. with goods equivalent to the above amount as the representative director.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
