However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Attempted theft and intrusion upon a structure;

A. On May 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 11:36, at the “D” factory operated by the victim C, the victim C in Bupyeong-si B and 1st floor, and had employees find a cresh in order to carry out an occupation-oriented trial; (b) opened an entrance without correction; and (c) intruded into the factory into the factory, thereby returning to the inner and staff escape room; and (d) saved stolen property, but did not find it.

B. On May 14, 2019, at around 11:59, the Defendant opened a “G” factory operated by the victim F of the victim F in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, with an unresh door installed, and intrudeed into the factory and returned to the factory, and obstructed stolen property, the Defendant attempted to flee out of the building by threatening the victim to be aware of the inside of the crime, and thus, attempted to commit a crime.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon a structure;

A. On May 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:09, at the Dispute Resolution Office, the victim I works for the second floor of H building in Bupyeong-si, Busan, the Defendant: (b) opened an unresh door and intruded into the office with his employees, thereby cutting down the bags containing ten 50,000 won of the victim’s 50,000 won, which were contained in the said document bag, and 563,00 won of the 10,000 won of the 40,000 won of the 50,000 won of the 40,000 won of the 40,000 won of the 1,00 won of the 2nd floor.

B. On May 24, 2019, at around 12:43, the Defendant: (a) opened a “M” factory operated by the Victim L in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) opened a corrected entrance; (c) intruded into the office; and (d) cut off KRW 400,000 from the wall of the victim’s possession, which was stored in the front part of the spawn.
