A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), the Defendant driven B rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Geumkho Center located in the 169-10, Seogu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front side of the 174-1st road.
2. On December 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) followed the said rocketing car on the road 174-1, Seocho-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong 174-1.
