However, even if the Defendant received various kinds of money from the victim, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to have the victim acquire the ownership of real estate effectively, and did not notify at all the victim of the plan to acquire the ownership of the real estate that has not yet been secured and the risk therefrom. The reason why the Defendant continued to acquire a new real estate by means of exchange and purchase of the real estate was that the plan to acquire the ownership of the real estate by means of exchange and sale was lost once due to the Defendant’s use of funds, etc., the Defendant did not notify the victim of the fact that the above plan to acquire the ownership of the real estate by exchange and sale was lost once, and continuously demanded the victim to purchase the real estate that has more profitability for the victim. In relation to the No. 12 of the attached list of crimes, the establishment registration of the ownership of the real estate is the establishment of the real estate.
