Defendant

A The purpose of A is to engage in a business of receiving long-term care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation by filing a claim with the home care system based on the records of the provision of long-term care benefits (hereinafter referred to as the "record for provision of benefits") prepared by a caregiver after employing a caregiver based on the Act on Long-Term Care for the Aged and providing the beneficiary with visiting care and bathing service.

Defendant

B A person who lends a caregiver's license upon request by Defendant A, Defendant D is paid KRW 20,000 per month by Defendant A, Defendant D is a person who lends a caregiver's license upon request by Defendant A, Defendant L is entitled to KRW 150,000 per month, and Defendant L is a person who lends a caregiver's license upon request by Defendant A.

Defendant

F, H, and I [Defendant A and Dong name, the representative of the RR long-term care institution, hereinafter referred to as Defendant I], M, P, and Co-Defendant S (Separate Declaration) are those who provided services to the recipients at the request of the Defendant A and prepare a false benefit record book in the name of a caregiver registered under the name of a caregiver at the request of the Defendant A without qualification.

Defendant

C, E, G, J, K, N, andO shall be a caregiver who prepares a false benefit record book at the request of the defendant A after being registered as a caregiver to the above medical care institution.

1. Defendant A, even though he did not provide an unqualified or unregistered caregiver or registered caregiver with visiting care or visiting bathing service, the service was provided, or differently from the fact, prepared a false report on the service days and time, or prepared a false report on the record on the provision of benefits, by falsely preparing a false report on the record on the provision of benefits for the elderly, in order to make a false report on the record on the provision of benefits for the elderly.

When providing recipients with visiting bathing services, the recipients shall be entitled to receive such services.
