1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person who actually runs a mobile phone operating store under the trade name of G and H “H” at the time of interesting in a private document forgery.

The Defendant forged an application form for alien entry and opened a prepaid mobile phone in the name of a foreigner, knowing that there is an income equivalent to 2-30,000 won per unit of opening, and provided a copy of the passport of the foreigner who was provided by an unqualified person with the occupation placement center, and attempted to open the foreigner's prepaid mobile phone in the name of the foreigner.

On November 29, 2014, the Defendant entered “I”, “J”, “I” in the registration number column of a foreigner, “I” in the applicant column and forged an application form for subscription to the prepaid telecom in the name column from February 8, 2014 to May 6, 2015, for the purpose of exercising the signature on the applicant column by using the pen in the application form for new subscription to the non-permanent telecom Telecom (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and signed on the name of the applicant column, and then signed on the name of the applicant column. B.
