The Defendant is a proprietor who operates a general restaurant in the name of “C cafeteria” in Changwon-si Masan B and 105.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to such products.

However, from March 2016 to July 12, 2016, the Defendant purchased 54 km 54 km and 108 km Bag from Changwon-si D, Changwon-si, Changwon-si and used 51 km (6,000 won per person per 728 person, 6,000 won) of Kim Jong-si in Germany in the aforesaid restaurant for Kimchi-si, and used 105 km (1,050 won per 1,050 person, 7,000 won per 1,050 person, 1,000) in the Pwin-si New, thereby falsely indicating the origin of the Da pigs in Korea.
