The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of Lone Star Vehicle B.

At around 16:00 on September 12, 2018, the Defendant driving the said vehicle at Dracks or parking lots in Jeju, while driving the said vehicle at Dracks or parking lots from the direction of the Eracks.
