The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The summary of the facts charged of this case is as follows: (a) at around 04:00 on July 1, 2017, the Defendant had assaulted two occasions on the part of the victim on the ground that the victim disregards the Defendant, while drinking three entertainment receptioners including four persons, and the victim D (the age of 47) at around 04:0, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office 1; (b) at around November 30, 2017, the Defendant expressed his wish not to punish the Defendant; and (c) the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 Subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
