Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chief director of the school juristic person E to which Cmiddle School and D High School belong, and Defendant B is an employee of the administrative office of the above D High School around September 2012 and works as the chief of the administrative office from around September 2012.

E A. From 2014, an educational foundation shall appoint one Korean language and one regular teacher, respectively, to work for D High Schools. Around November 15, 2013, the school foundation shall conduct a screening with the perfect score of 100, 100, 100, and 100, and 300, respectively. On December 22, 2013, the Defendant received a report from D High School Administrative Secretary B, “F, as a result of grading, failed to pass the first written examination due to lack of five times as 6, etc.” from D High School Administrative Secretary B, and the Defendant stated “F is unable to have an interview.” The Defendant was able to view the interview because B failed to pass the first written examination.
