A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On August 27, 1990, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court, and on August 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s prison branch on August 19, 201. On November 3, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,00 as a fine for the same crime.
[Criminal facts]
1. From around 08:00 on April 12, 2017 to around 16:44, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victims’ property at least nine times in total, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form of crimes, on the front of the public toilets for the public use of the Heung River located in 46, the Heung River for the Heung River, which had been parked without correcting the door; (b) opened a door to the Dok Star Corp, the owner of the victim C, who was parked in the said bank, and intrudeed the victim’s property, from around that time to June 13, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at around nine times in total without correcting the door.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit, and fraud;
A. On April 12, 2017, the Defendant purchased alcoholic beverages and goods from G, located in F on April 12, 2017, and purchased them, as indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table of Crimes List, and instead paid 53,060 won to his/her employees as if he/she was his/her card, and used the other’s physical fitness card which was stolen by paying 53,060 won to his/her employees, and acquired the said goods by fraud.
B. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant purchased fat, kimchi, kimchi, pigs, etc. from IE located in H on May 3, 2017, and then illegally used another’s credit card which stolen J-owned national bank cards (K) to pay 85,260 won to his/her employees as stated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table of Crimes, and acquired the said goods by fraud.

On June 24, 2017, the Defendant purchased beer, dat, etc. at I Et located at H at M on June 24, 2017, and stolen it as stated in attached Table No. 5.
