The defendant shall pay 42,958,000 won to the plaintiff.
Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
Paragraph (1) may be provisionally executed.
The plaintiff received a payment order of KRW 42,958,00 from the Busan District Court Branch of the Busan District Court (hereinafter referred to as "non-party company") with the amount of KRW 42,958,000 as the price for the goods under the Busan District Court Order of KRW 2019,062. The plaintiff, based on the original copy of the above payment order, applied for a seizure and collection order of KRW 57,570,000 against the defendant of the non-party company with the amount of KRW 42,958,000 as the claim amount under the Busan District Court Order of KRW 20,000, based on the original copy of the above payment order, for the non-party company's claim for the amount of KRW 57,570,00 against the defendant. The decision was issued on January 23, 202, and the fact that the delivery was made to the defendant on February 3, 2020 does not conflict between the parties, or it can be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of pleadings.
The plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
