1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 405,337,938 and KRW 223,464,401 among them, from March 27, 2010 to August 8, 201.
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the said Act, the part seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, among the Plaintiff’s claims, shall be dismissed.
