2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

The defendant is CTV production team producer Co., Ltd.

1. From February 19, 2016 to February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the office of TV production team office and the Defendant’s office located in Ansan-si, Co., Ltd., Ltd. and in Ansan-si, E 103 Dong-si 202, the Defendant: (b) obtained a high score from a male applicant and granted a lower score to a female applicant; and (c) granted a lower score to a female applicant; and (d) granted a lower score to the female applicant in order to ensure fairness in marking, the Defendant: (a) conducted a mixture of paper A4 two pages, regardless of the order of examination numbers; and (b) gave the upper part of the answer paper on which the examination number and name are written; and (c) gave a sealed name to the applicant by unfolding it by a large-scale scamper; and (d) gave a separate score to the female applicant in accordance with the gender and the daily list of the applicants posted on the company’s website.

Accordingly, the defendant, through fraudulent means, interfered with the interview review work related to employment as a producer of the third interview members and the employment as a producer of the above company.

2. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant drafted a draft of a private document at the foregoing company on the 28th of the same month, with the approval of the head of the team G, the director general H, and the head of the management review team I, and then submitted the draft to G in order to obtain the approval of the president J.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from May 11, 2016 to December 12, 2016, posted the said draft on the Defendant’s book after obtaining the approval from J, at the said TV production team office, and after obtaining the approval from J. However, the Defendant lost it.

I think, in order to avoid liability for loss, I have newly printed out a draft of a device kept on the Defendant’s computer and then "G" in the team leader column.
