1. The Defendant completed the Plaintiff with Jeju District Court No. 19065 on May 13, 1980 with respect to the area of 1180 square meters prior to Jeju City, Jeju-si.

Reasons

1. A claim for the cancellation of a provisional registration for transfer registration on the ground that the right to the full reservation for sale and purchase has ceased to exist due to the lapse of the exclusion period of ten years;
