However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On March 4, 2014, the Defendant stolen the resident registration certificate from C’s land wall by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected at the house of 103, 1304, B apartment house No. 1304, B (M, 34 years of age) around 13:0, 2014.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was in possession of the Defendant, as described in the above basic facts at a regular Eup/Myeon/Dong located in Si/Eup/Myeon/Dong on March 4, 2014.

After copy of C’s resident registration certificate, “C”, “D”, “C”, and “C” were stated in the column for entry of the head of the Tong’s deposit account using an authorized color pen, and written in the column for entry of the head of the Tong’s deposit account, respectively, and written in the column for financial transaction purpose of the written confirmation for the purpose of financial transaction, “issuance of physical card” and “C” respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and a written confirmation for financial transaction purpose.

B. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) called the “F bookbook” located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-do; (b) around 14:00 on March 5, 2014, the credit service company, located in 214, called the “Approp” (hereinafter “AP”); and (c) loaned KRW 3 million to employees under C in the name of his/her name.

After the end, the loan transaction agreement sent by the above employee under the name of the company through the transmission of the mother company was written as "3,00,000", "203.5", "38.8%", "38.8%", "4.8%" in the loan interest column, and "D" and "C" in the resident registration number column and the applicant column, respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of C, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. In order to obtain a passbook in C’s name at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 1-A, the Defendant filed an application for forged membership with G employees of the above-mentioned Eup/Myeon who are aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph 1-A.
