The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On March 1, 2019, at around 05:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face with her hand and her hair at the Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and at the atmosphere of “C” located on the first floor, and the victim D(the age of 25) under the influence of alcohol went in her friendship, and assaulted the victim’s face twice by her hand.
Judgment
A crime of non-violation of Intention: A judgment dismissing a public prosecution on October 28, 2019, stating that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after the prosecution of this case is instituted under Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act.
