가. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 2015. 8. 20. 19:00 경 서울 송파구 D 시장에 있는 피해자 C(30 세) 운영의 ‘E’ 음식점에서, 술에 취하여 막걸리 통을 손에 들고 테이블에 있는 음식점 손님들을 노려보며 손으로 때리는 시늉을 하는 등 위력으로 약 10분 동안 피해 자의 위 음식점 영업업무를 방해하였다.

B. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim F at around 19:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s instant heading business for about 20 minutes by force, such as: (a) the victim F (hereinafter “H”)’s flaz operated in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) the flaz with heavy water on one hand; and (c) the Defendant flazed him/her on one hand, flazed him/her on the outside table; and (d) demanded money from him/her.

On September 15, 2015, around 23:30 on September 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid the ground floor of the victim I (the 46-year-old), which was driven by the Defendant in Songpa-gu Seoul, with the influence of force on the customers who were in the main place of the victim I (the 46-year-old), and took a bath to the employees who were unable to know their names while walking the roadside by drinkinging the trees, and (b) the employees who were unable to know the name of the victim, “I shall stick to this view”; (c) the main place of the Defendant expressed their tobacco and the string of the street trees to the customers, and obstructed the operation of the said main place of the victimized person for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

A. On March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul around 01:45 on March 15, 2016; and (b) the victim on the preceding day requests the Defendant to leave the restaurant.
